Fit tyres, align wheels and complete light-to-medium vehicle servicing in a Brisbane workshop. The role covers passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and 4WDs, including aftermarket wheels. Key Responsibilities
- Fit passenger, commercial and 4WD tyres on standard and aftermarket wheels and check and adjust passenger and 4WD wheel alignment.
- Perform light and medium maintenance and servicing and inspect tyres, wheels and surrounding components to resolve problems.
- Complete jobs efficiently to accurate, professional quality and safe operating and workshop requirements.
- Maintain clean, organised tools, equipment and areas and independently manage assigned jobs.
- Assist general workshop activity, communicate professionally with customers and colleagues and work towards KPIs and agreed completion times.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III in Automotive or equivalent and verifiable industry experience showing genuine skills and previous workshop work.
- Practical tyre fitting and alignment experience across passenger, commercial and 4WD tyres, including aftermarket wheels.
- Working automotive repair and maintenance knowledge and physical ability to lift and handle tyres.
- Strong safety, accuracy and workmanship, able to work independently and manage tasks.
- Reliable, punctual and professional with strong communication and teamwork and good time management to meet busy workshop deadlines.
- Current manual driver's licence.
