You will take jobs through from initial assessment to finished work within a multicultural team, with flexibility during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete panel and body repairs including rust work and restoration and spray painting and refinishing across varied vehicle makes and models.
- Prepare damaged surfaces for repair and paint and manage allocated jobs from assessment to completion with suitable techniques.
- Maintain high finish and workmanship and follow safety and workshop procedures.
- Manage tasks to deadlines and work confidently without constant supervision, communicating with colleagues in an organised professional area.
- Help prepare race cars for track days and events when required and support peak workshop activity.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience and proven Panel Beater or Spray Painter work across varied vehicle makes and models.
- Practical rust repair for Panel Beater applicants and ability to complete repairs independently from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail and quality commitment and genuine, verifiable employment history.
- Reliable, self-motivated and positive with strong work ethic and effective multicultural teamwork.
- Good spoken English is essential; NZ residency or existing NZ work visa is advantageous and international applicants are welcome.
- Minimum availability of 30 hours per week and flexibility for Saturdays during busy periods when required.
