A growing Perth provider of disability support and nursing care is hiring a Service Manager on a permanent full-time basis. An Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse is needed to coordinate and manage care services for clients who live with disability, supervise support workers and make sure services comply with NDIS regulations and government standards.
The employer may consider sponsorship for suitably qualified and experienced candidates who meet the requirements of the role, subject to eligibility and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Run care services for people living with disability, making sure each has a person-centred support plan
- Lead and mentor support workers so service quality stays high and compliant
- Keep NDIS regulations and government standards met, handling client funds as part of service delivery
- Build solid relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
- Maintain full client documentation and assessments
- Develop and review support plans together with clients, families and health professionals
- See that the team has the resources and training to handle complex needs
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA-registered Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Proven disability care experience, ideally in the NDIS framework, and/or aged care
- Strong leadership and people management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including with people from diverse backgrounds
- Committed to high standards of clinical care and compliance
- Understanding of the NDIS and experience with complex-needs clients
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate under 3 years old
- Valid driver's licence
