Key Responsibilities
- Cut, colour and style hair to a high level
- Discuss what each client wants, recommending the right services and professional products
- Create personalised looks while keeping your technical standards high
- Make every visit professional and memorable, and build rapport with new and returning clients
- Handle professional haircare products, tools and equipment confidently
- Stay current with hair trends, techniques and industry practice
- Uphold high standards of salon presentation and hygiene
- Work within the stylist team and guide junior colleagues

Requirements & Eligibility
- You hold a recognised hairdressing qualification
- Has served as a Senior Stylist, or held an equivalent senior-level position
- Strong hands-on skills in cutting, colouring and styling
- A history of professional salon employment, with evidence of relevant qualifications and industry experience
- Communicates well with clients and colleagues and takes a professional approach to client service
- Can work independently while contributing to a team
- Passionate about hairdressing and committed to high-quality results
- Willing to mentor and support developing stylists, and committed to ongoing learning and skills development
