Expressions of interest are open for experienced Registered Nurses who want permanent full-time posts with a large private aged care group. Its regional homes sit across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. Nurses offer excellent clinical care, enable residents to live with dignity and independence, and help produce good results for residents, families and colleagues.
The roster is a flexible 7-day rotation. Learning carries on throughout, and careers can progress at state and national level. Applicants meeting the eligibility requirements may find sponsorship opportunities across regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA.

Key Responsibilities
- Offer safe, effective clinical care centred on the person
- Assess residents, plan their care and keep clinical records up to date
- Administer medications and track how residents are going
- Team up with multidisciplinary colleagues, residents and families, and mentor members of the care team
- Help raise quality and drive improvements
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (current)
- Experience of at least 2 years as a Registered Nurse; if all of it was overseas, it must fall within the last 5 years (Australian experience highly regarded)
- Sharp clinical assessment and decision-making
- Excellent teamwork and communication, plus dedication to high-quality, person-centred care
- Readiness to work regionally in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA
- Highly regarded: time in residential aged care, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and a record of leading clinical teams
