An established, family-oriented aged care home in Sydney wants an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join its team. The post involves high-quality clinical care, supporting residents' wellbeing and leading care staff to the Aged Care Quality Standards, in a warm and supportive place centred on person-centred care.
This role is open to applicants already in Australia who hold current AHPRA registration. Eligible candidates who meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements can be offered employer sponsorship on a 482 / 494 visa.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care for residents
- Give medications and watch residents' health and wellbeing
- Draw up and implement individual care plans together with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide leadership, guidance and support for the nursing team
- Keep to relevant legislation, regulations and organisational policies, and communicate well with residents, families and the wider care team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (essential)
- Resident in Australia at present (essential)
- Significant experience in aged care or a comparable healthcare setting; 1 year minimum
- Strong clinical skills for the varied health needs of older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with a compassionate, person-centred approach
- Committed to ongoing professional development
