Provide resident nursing care in a permanent Sydney aged care position. The organisation is seeking someone already working as a Registered Nurse in Australia who wants a long-term role. A minimum 2-year employment contract is part of the appointment, with commitment to a career in regional NSW.
This role is open to applicants already in Australia with valid work rights. Subclass 186 visa sponsorship is offered to eligible candidates, subject to eligibility, employer requirements and visa criteria.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality nursing for residents, assessing health conditions and responding to changes.
- Develop, implement and review individual care plans and administer medication and treatment to clinical requirements.
- Maintain complete, accurate clinical records.
- Support health and wellbeing while protecting dignity, independence and quality of life.
- Coordinate with care staff, doctors and allied health professionals and communicate openly with residents and families.
- Follow aged care, clinical and workplace safety standards to keep care respectful and safe, contributing to a friendly and supportive team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse; Currently working as a Registered Nurse in Australia, with aged care experience highly regarded.
- Valid Australian working rights and sound clinical judgement with good communication.
- Professional, compassionate and reliable in resident care, able to contribute within a multidisciplinary team.
- Keen to develop a long-term career in regional NSW, agreeing to a minimum 2-year employment contract.
