Community and home nursing experience is needed for permanent full-time work across Perth. The healthcare business also provides Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) services and nurses for hospitals and residential aged care. You report to the Clinical Care Manager and work at different Perth locations, including the CBD and areas north and south of the river.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and plan, deliver and evaluate their nursing care in accordance with accepted standards and practice.
- Coordinate care with healthcare teams and consult other health professionals.
- Administer and monitor treatments, medication and therapies specified in care plans.
- Lead health promotion and contribute to patient education.
- Coordinate and supervise Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers, maintaining accurate healthcare records and documentation.
- Meet current clinical standards across hospitals, home care, aged care and community nursing.
- Follow Work Health and Safety legislation, maintain infection control and promptly report hazards and incidents.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration and a relevant Registered Nurse nursing qualification.
- A background in home care and community nursing, with Minimum one year's full-time relevant experience.
- Current Working with Children Check and Current Manual Handling Certificate.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations, an Infection Control certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Current National Criminal History Check.
