In regional Western Australia, a residential aged care provider is recruiting Registered Nurses for a supportive care team. Day to day you would assess what each resident needs clinically, coordinate with other health professionals, and write and review person-centred care plans, while guiding care staff so clinical care stays at a high standard.
The provider is looking for compassionate, motivated nurses with a real passion for aged care. Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible Registered Nurses already residing in Australia, so the role is open to applicants already in Australia with work rights.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents clinically and act when their health or wellbeing changes.
- Write, carry out and review person-centred care plans together with residents and their families.
- Give medications and clinical treatments in line with professional standards.
- Guide, mentor and lead care staff.
- Coordinate resident care with GPs, allied health professionals and external providers.
- Record clinical information accurately and on time, including support for AN-ACC assessments.
- Keep care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, policies and best practice.
- Contribute to infection prevention, risk management and quality improvement work.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- 2+ years' experience as an RN in an aged care setting (or equivalent).
- Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills.
- Capable of guiding staff in wound and diabetes management.
- A sound grasp of medication systems, plus excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
