Orange, New South Wales, has an 85-bed aged care home run by a not-for-profit provider that puts values first, and it is recruiting a motivated, enthusiastic Registered Nurse on a contract. An experienced leadership team stands behind you. You will bring a passion for person-centred care, deliver excellent clinical care to older people in the community and be rostered on a mix of shifts across various days.

Key Responsibilities
- Give residents excellent, person-centred clinical care
- Look after residents who live with dementia
- Share the load with the care team, rostered on a mix of shifts and days
- Use the Aged Care Quality Standards in everyday practice
- Work positively with colleagues on clinical decisions
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applicants are welcome
- Experience or a willingness to gain experience working with residents living with dementia, with a natural affinity for it
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, and a highly motivated team player
- Able to work a mix of shifts across various days
