Across regional South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland, established aged care operators are filling permanent posts for Registered Nurses. If you are open to putting down roots outside the big cities, expect a choice between full-time and part-time hours, quick starts at some sites and friendly care teams around you.
This role is open to applicants already in Australia with work rights. Visa sponsorship pathways are offered once you have been in the role for six months.

Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (current)
- Full Australian working rights
- Time in residential aged care is highly regarded
- Graduate RNs are considered if they bring AIN experience from residential aged care, or RN experience gained overseas
- Solid clinical ability and communication, and works well with colleagues across disciplines
- Real interest in settling permanently in a regional location
