Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal support alongside clinical nursing in the homes of clients.
- Record care accurately and maintain the plans that guide it.
- Keep families, clients and other health workers informed, treating safety, dignity and wellbeing as part of every contact.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
- Current National Criminal History Check; Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Communicate well and build effective relationships with others
- Use computers confidently for digital care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care is preferred but not essential
