Near Grafton, a 20-bed aged care home needs a Registered Nurse on a part-time basis. The home is run by a not-for-profit organisation active in communities across New South Wales, which also offers residential aged care, home care and retirement villages.
The organisation wants a motivated, enthusiastic nurse who loves person-centred care and will give older people first-rate clinical support, with an engaged leadership and corporate team in the background. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Give person-centred clinical care to residents, solving clinical problems as they come up

Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A working grasp of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Affinity with residents who have dementia, backed by experience (or willingness to build it)
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- A highly motivated, excellent team player who is free for various shifts across various days
- Immunised to the organisation's policy, which includes a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- Willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check
- A pre-employment medical assessment
