A national care provider working in community nursing, disability and aged care is expanding in Melbourne and hiring Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Home Care Employees. Support is delivered all day and night across Australia. Shifts are casual and flexible, and the work happens in clients' homes, mixing clinical and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and personal care of a high standard in clients' homes
- Record care digitally and keep it accurate
- Maintain care plans
- Speak confidently with clients, families and healthcare teams
- Stand up for safety, dignity and wellbeing in each interaction
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current driver's licence together with a reliable vehicle
- AHPRA registration for the nurse roles
- Up-to-date first aid and CPR
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, and confidence with digital systems for care notes and communication
- Prior experience in nursing or home care is preferred, though not essential
