Darwin's growing aged and community care provider is hiring Registered Nurses to look after residents in a community aged care setting. You would work with an experienced multidisciplinary team, delivering care centred on the person.
Employer sponsorship is available for eligible onshore candidates, meaning people already in Australia with work rights, with a route to permanent residency for those who qualify.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents clinically and draft individual care plans
- Look after wounds, give medications and keep clinical records
- Watch residents' health and adjust when their care needs change
- Back residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams for safe, quality care, and speak up for residents to help achieve good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (current), plus relevant nursing qualifications
- Earlier community aged care experience
- Sound clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Holds an Australian driver's licence that is current
- Australian working rights
