Residents need clinical care that fits them as people, including when dementia changes how they communicate or respond. A not-for-profit care organisation near Albury is seeking a Registered Nurse who brings that approach to a part-time aged care position. Its wider services include home care, retirement villages and residential homes across New South Wales.
An experienced leadership and corporate support team supports the clinical service. The work includes different shifts and days, and post-graduate applications are welcome. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical support centred on each resident, including those living with dementia.
- Apply clinical reasoning to problems affecting resident care.
- Contribute to the team across a range of shifts and days.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Understand the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Have an affinity for dementia care and experience, or willingness to gain experience, supporting residents with dementia
- Communicate effectively and solve clinical problems
- Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated team contributor
- Be available for varied shifts on different days
- Follow the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- Be willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical assessment
