An Australian food and agribusiness with a record stretching back more than 100 years, active in Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania, needs a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator in Perth. It is a 6-month fixed-term contract. The coordinator answers to the Human Resources Group Manager and organises recruitment, mobilisation and onboarding of local and international employees, acting as the first point of contact for hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the whole recruitment cycle, from advertising and screening through to interviews and offers
- Support mobilisation: visa coordination, documents and onboarding
- Keep recruitment records and systems accurate for compliance and reporting
- Understand workforce needs by partnering with hiring managers, and serve candidates, employees and internal stakeholders well
- Check that recruitment and mobilisation follow policy, the law and best practice
- Assist with travel and moving arrangements, and work with migration providers on visa processes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in recruitment coordination, mobilisation, HR administration or something similar
- Excellent organisation and close attention to detail, with the capacity to handle several priorities and hit deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Customer-minded approach to the candidate experience
- Know-how with recruitment processes, HR systems and compliance requirements
