Melbourne is filling six new 2026 positions for Mental Health Registered Nurses and Mental Health Clinicians. The care is delivered in inpatient units and/or community settings by a collaborative team built around compassion, and ongoing training and development are tailored to mental health nursing.
Visa sponsorship is available, with a route to permanent residency via the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide mental health nursing of a high standard on inpatient units and/or in community settings
- Conduct psychiatric assessments

Requirements & Eligibility
- 2-3 years working as a Mental Health Registered Nurse
- Passion for outstanding patient care and for supporting mental health
- AHPRA registration (current) and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- Postgraduate study in mental health nursing is highly regarded
- Thorough knowledge of psychiatric assessments and of the Mental Health Act 2022
