A home care organisation operating across Australia, with expertise in community nursing, disability support and aged care, is expanding in Mandurah, Western Australia, and wants Home Care Employees (HCEs). The service runs 24/7 for individuals, families and communities.
Shifts are varied and include active nights. You deliver care in people's own homes so they can stay independent and keep their dignity and quality of life. Qualified overseas candidates are offered visa sponsorship, and nursing or home care experience is a plus rather than a must.
If you are new to the sector, a CV that highlights your communication skills, digital confidence and certificates still carries weight, including First Aid and CPR. Get a home care worker CV in order in clear English.
Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical and personal care in clients' homes, keeping documentation and care plans accurate.
- Talk with clients, families and healthcare teams clearly and effectively.
- Keep safety, dignity and well-being at the centre of each interaction.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current Driver's Licence
- A reliable vehicle
- A current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Good people skills and communication
- Digital confidence for care notes & communication (computer literacy)
- Nursing or home care experience (preferred but not essential)
