Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cuts, styling and colour to a professional standard
- Perform balayage, creative colour and colour correction

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years working professionally as a hairdresser
- Time in a premium or high-end salon
- Demonstrated technical ability in balayage and creative colour
- Colour correction experience
- Strong cutting and styling skills
- Confident running client consultations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional approach to clients
- A creative mindset and attention to detail
- A team player who is keen to keep building technical expertise
- Evidence of your professional experience and skills on request
