Provide technical hairdressing and personal client service in a Sydney boutique salon. The stylist will consult, cut, colour and style while developing a loyal clientele. The role needs independent judgement, teamwork and continued learning in products and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients and recommend suitable styles and treatments, delivering hairdressing services to their brief.
- Produce dependable cutting, colouring, styling and other salon work with technical skill and high-quality finishes.
- Build a loyal personal clientele through reliable service and professional care throughout appointments.
- Work towards salon targets while maintaining quality and stay current with techniques, products and trends through training and development.
- Recommend suitable professional products, maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming area and contribute independently and cooperatively within the team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven Hairdresser or Stylist experience with a relevant hairdressing qualification and/or substantial professional experience.
- Strong modern technique knowledge and genuine, verifiable industry work supported by professional experience evidence.
- Confident consultation and styling, strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and in a team, reliable, organised and professionally presented with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to learn and adapt as industry trends evolve.
