A home care organisation that operates across Australia, with expertise in community nursing, disability support and aged care, is growing its Mandurah team in Western Australia and wants Enrolled Nurses (ENs). Its service never closes: care goes to individuals, families and communities 24/7.
Hours vary, active nights included. Nurses visit clients at home and help them hold on to their independence, dignity and quality of life, under a contract. Qualified overseas candidates are offered visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care in clients' homes.
- Deliver personal care in clients' homes.
- Record documentation and care plans accurately.
- Keep clients, families and healthcare teams informed through clear communication.
- Promote safety, dignity and well-being in every interaction.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
- A current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong people skills and communication, together with confidence in digital systems for care notes & communication (computer literacy)
- Nursing or home care experience (preferred but not essential)
