A hectic Emergency Department in Canberra is looking for a seasoned Registered Nurse who enjoys quick-moving clinical work. Good clinical judgement, excellent communication and dedication to safe, effective emergency care are what matter. Together with a multidisciplinary team, you would assess, plan, give and review care while looking after patients and their families.
Work follows a rotating roster that takes in evenings, nights and weekends. Eligible candidates can access visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients, plan and deliver their emergency care, then evaluate how it went
- Practise emergency nursing that is safe, effective and focused on the patient
- Back patients and their families through treatment
- Join a multidisciplinary emergency team on a rotating roster covering evenings, nights and weekends
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (current), or eligibility for registration
- At least 2 years of post-graduate nursing experience
- A postgraduate qualification in emergency nursing or equivalent
- Ability to provide nursing care of a high quality that meets professional competency standards
- Strong critical thinking, communication and clinical decision-making, working independently or in a multidisciplinary team
