A growing workshop at an Adelaide logistics business needs two experienced diesel and trailer mechanics, full time and permanent. The team wants reliable, motivated people who are proud of quality workmanship and who help the fleet run safely and efficiently.
Qualified mechanics in Australia or overseas are welcome to apply if they meet the relevant visa requirements. The business offers 482 visa sponsorship to eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair heavy diesel trucks and semi-trailers, including preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Track down and fix mechanical, electrical, braking and suspension faults
- Overhaul air brake systems, axles, wheel bearings, landing legs and other trailer components
- Run safety inspections and make sure NHVR rules are met
- Finish maintenance records and job reports, working efficiently without lowering workmanship
Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent
- Hands-on work with heavy vehicles and trailers
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience with air brake systems and trailer maintenance
- Able to work alone or in a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- HC/MC driver's licence is an advantage
