This Darwin Community Registered Nurse role asks you to bring those factors together in assessments and clinically appropriate care plans. The boutique provider serves regional Australian communities, with nursing delivered as part of a multidisciplinary approach.
You will manage wounds, medication and documentation while advocating for clients and helping with personal care. For the right candidates, the provider can offer onshore sponsorship and a pathway to Permanent Residency. Applicants must already be in Australia with work rights.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess social, emotional, physical and environmental factors affecting clients' health.
- Develop clinically appropriate plans, including wound management and the documentation supporting care.
- Administer medications and chart them accurately.
- Support personal care needs while advocating for clients and maintaining a high level of care and support.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant degree qualification
- Hold Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Current Australian driver's licence and Current National Criminal History Check
