Hospital pharmacy work is available across the Northern Territory, with Darwin as the listed location. Permanent and short-term appointments involve working with medical, nursing and allied health teams for a diverse patient population. The work covers ward pharmacy, medicine reviews, counselling and safer medication use.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services on hospital wards, including medication reviews and reconciliation.
- Counsel patients and provide medicines information to support safe, effective medication management.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues.
- Contribute to medication safety and quality improvement work.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A background in clinical or hospital pharmacy, with current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain it.
- An Australian or New Zealand internship completed, in progress or nearly complete; relevantly experienced overseas pharmacists are also encouraged.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and commitment to high-quality patient care.
