Lead clinical care for aged care residents in a full-time Mackay role. The healthcare recruitment business is also filling provider openings across metropolitan and regional Australia. This position combines direct nursing with leadership, respect for residents' dignity and privacy, and contribution to better care.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Nursing registration with AHPRA and a practising certificate, both current.
- A background working in aged care and strong clinical nursing knowledge and skills.
- Understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and standards for aged care accreditation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, strong team-working and leadership, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong commitment to care centred on residents, their dignity and privacy.
- High integrity, honesty and professional conduct, able to adapt when circumstances change and work effectively with a team.
- Committed to developing professionally and improving quality continuously.
