A newly opened private hospital in Perth needs experienced, motivated Registered Nurses for its cardiac catheterisation laboratory. The hospital belongs to a healthcare provider counted among Australia's biggest private operators. Modern and purpose-built, it brings interventional cardiology to its region for the first time, so nurses will be founding members of the clinical team, helping set up best-practice models of care while providing safe, effective critical care centred on the patient.
Roles are casual or permanent part-time, up to 70 hours a fortnight, worked as 12-hour shifts. Eligible nurses are offered employer sponsorship visas.

Key Responsibilities
- Give safe, effective critical care that is centred on the patient, in the cardiac cath lab
- Help establish best-practice models of care as a founding team member, cooperating with a multidisciplinary team
- Uphold clinical practice standards, and take part in continuous improvement
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (current)
- Clinical experience, ideally from a cardiac cath lab
- Well-developed communication, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Solid grasp of relevant legislation, professional standards and codes of practice, plus a commitment to ongoing professional development
