Work beside the owner of a Hamilton barbershop serving a growing customer base. The business needs an experienced barber able to manage their work with little supervision in a multicultural team. Quality cuts, beard work and a professional approach to customers sit at the centre of the role.
The position provides 35 to 40 hours weekly. The accredited employer has visa support available if required for a suitable candidate and can sponsor through that accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut and trim hair efficiently to a high standard and shave and trim beards and moustaches.
- Recommend haircuts and advise customers about hair products.
- Clean the shop, workstation and equipment between cuts and open or close the shop as needed.
- Work with minimal supervision as part of a multicultural team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year in a barbershop and demonstrated ability to deliver a quality zero fade and beard trim every time.
- Experience shaving beards with blades, and skill in hair styling and settings.
- Professional and well presented, with good communication skills.
