Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, styling and grooming including fades, tapers and classic and contemporary looks, plus beard shaping, trimming and care.
- Consult on clients' preferred styles and needs and use tools safely and effectively for precise, consistent service.
- Welcome guests professionally and warmly and maintain sanitised, tidy stations and tools.
- Keep current with styles, techniques and preferences and work efficiently through busy trade to hygiene, safety and professional standards.
- Contribute cooperative teamwork.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional barbering and strong practical men's grooming knowledge, with demonstrable commercial shop experience.
- Able to provide varied traditional and modern services with detailed quality commitment.
- Good client communication and service, professional appearance and a positive, reliable and responsible approach.
- Comfortable with fast-paced work, independently and in a team.
- Full-time and part-time availability; immediate availability is advantageous.
