Cars, vans and light commercial vehicles make up the work at this established Whangarei workshop. The opening is for an experienced technician or auto electrician who enjoys independent practical work and continued learning. The business services varied makes and models and operates as an authorised manufacturer parts and service centre, with factory support and training.
The accredited employer welcomes visa workers and can sponsor. Applicants need NZ residency, a valid NZ work visa or openness to applying for a work to residence visa.
Describe your servicing and diagnostics in an English CV, identifying any WOF certificate, EV or air-conditioning experience. make your Whangarei automotive experience clear in a CV.
Key Responsibilities
- Service all makes and models of cars, 4WDs and light commercial vehicles to a high standard.
- Complete high-quality repairs on those vehicles.
- Help improve the way the business works on an ongoing basis.
Requirements & Eligibility

- Willing to continue learning and developing skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good skills using computers and a Current full driver's licence.
- NZ residency, a valid NZ work visa, or openness to applying for a work to residence visa.
- An advantage but not necessary: a WOF inspector's certificate (current or past), manufacturer training, hybrid and EV repair experience, and air conditioning repair experience.
